It is the arrival of the Kalboisakhi. The clouds get darker and the river rises up to the edges. The silence around this impending doom is known among all the folks who live on the edge of the river banks. It is also called the Norwesters.This storm that has a ghostly glee and a hiss of a deadly snake as it devours trees and boats into its dark abyss.
