In this episode I have teamed up with Richard from Cornwall Mind to produce a collaboration podcast on the trials and tribulations of producing a mental health podcast. Cornwall Mind produce "A space to speak your mind" which is a radio show and podcast that has been going for over 4 years now. It has been produced by people with lived experience as part of one of their well being groups. In this episode we talk about some of our favourite moments  producing the podcasts and some of the things that we find a little bit harder.
