BONUS EPISODE: Interview w/ Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Andre Fievel

As explained in this episode's introduction, it's a bit of a different one. This entire interview proceeds in English, mainly for two reasons: I wanted this conversation to reach as many people as possible, particularly within the very diverse jiu-jitsu community. Fievel and I also found it more natural to speak to eachother in English. My guest today was Andre Fievel, who, among many other things, is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and co-founder of Frontline Academy Bergen. Fievel was kind enough to make time to have a conversation with me about the art of jiu-jitsu, life in Brazil, his relentlessly optimistic view on life, his personal battles and much more.
