The concept of STN is to give a platform to families (whose lives were negatively impacted by police encounters) a chance to express who their loved ones were so their memory won't be dehumanized. "Say Their Name" podcast has been a lifesaver, especially during the pandemic, because it enabled many to deal with those tragic events that were negatively affecting their mental health.
