Earlier this month a true treasure left us at the prime age of 88. William Smith in contrast to the world of character acting was both a face and name viewers never forgot. He graced the big & small screen alike, and worked with nearly every star of Hollywood's Golden Age. Beyond performing, where the world thought The Austrian Oak was the first of his kind to transition from athletics to acting, actually Big Bill did it first. In this retrospective, previously aired on Cuppa Caxton, the identity and the entity of William Smith is dissected, along with his accomplishments is discussed and a montage of his best known work follows suit.
