BONUS Episode--Thanks to you
from Natives Follow Jesus
SHOW NOTES: You know how to say thanks. But you need to say thanks more. A simple thank you—especially if it’s sincere and not manipulative—will provide the benefactor with a good vibe. You know people who are struggling financially You know people who lack significant connections with others You know people who are stressed and anxious You know people who feel unhappy You know people who feel sad because the weather is changing You know people who are disappointed that something didn’t work out You know people who are working so many hours and speeding towards burnout You know people who are dealing with trauma from past life experiences You know the world is pushing you to achieve status, beauty, and wild success; but you find no status, struggle with body image, and you feel like a failure You know people who struggle to put food on the table Such circumstances can lead one to be ungrateful. But there is another pathway that leads to greater hope! Say, "Thanks." In this episode, I will share how you can be grateful even when life's outcomes are lacking. When you are not actively grateful, you leave space for discontent to flourish. This can detract from your mental well-being. You start pushing people away. If ingratitude makes you negative, you may put negative vibes into the world. We don't need more bad vibes. We need good vibes! Listen how you can say thanks and bring light into a gloomy world.
