NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman joins Bloomberg Tech to discuss the agency's plans for a so-called "Moon Base" that will eventually allow for a permanent human presence on the lunar surface. He says they're looking at 2027 through 2029 for phase one and 2029 through the early 2030s for phase two.
