Bonus Recap: Mike Fleiss's Original Sin - Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire (EPISODE PREVIEW)

FULL EPISODE AVAILABLE AT patreon.com/bachelorinretrospect If you want to watch Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire, it's on YouTube and boy is it a weird time capsule: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dl--sV68sWo&ab_channel=CromulentRips In this bonus episode for patrons, before they go back to to The Bachelor's 2002 beginnings in the new year, Carrie and Annemarie swing by Y2K, when reality tv as we know it was just being born and a producer named Mike Fleiss took his first stab at televising romance only to have everything (except the ratings) blow up in his face. They discuss how Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire led Fleiss to create The Bachelor, the franchise's enduring relationships with both pageants and restraining orders, and what they knew about presidential politics in middle school.
