BONUS SERIES: Dr. Woods takes on Dr. Tony Evans and two of his DTS professors John Walvoord & J. Dwight Pentecost

Recently, in view of the war in Ukraine, Dr. Tony Evans preached a powerful sermon on the end-times from a pre-trib dispensationalist's perspective. During the sermon, Dr. Evans emphasizes the role of the Holy Spirit as being the RESTRAINER of 2 Thes. 2:6-7. As Pretrib asserts, when the Holy Spirit is removed, this is when the rapture of the church occurs before the Antichrist can be revealed. This video is a direct response to that assertion, by way of refuting two of the scholars that taught Dr. Evans while he attended Dallas Theological Seminary, with whom I corresponded, Dr. J Dwight Pentecost and Dr. John Walvoord. In this all-in-one 3-part series, Dr. Woods gives commentary on the actual letters Walvoord and Pentecost sent to him after he challenged them. We will examine their comments and their surprising admissions, particularly the comments made by Dwight Pentecost, in order to minimize the fact that they got it wrong about the restrainer of 2 Thes 2:6-7.
