Book Ban?

Pastor Jacob Marchitell talks about the upcoming Case against the NY State Department of Education, along with Moms for Liberty, about the graphic and disgusting material that Clyde-Savannah is ok with their students reading. PS:(It stands for "postscript" which comes from the Latin "postscriptum" which can be translated as "written after") If this were a book-ban, as the Orcs in Office, and even some without the official white hand, have been calling, why isn't anyone going to the Public Library that is literally across the Street from the Government School? Why isn't anyone going to the Publishers or Distributers?
