Jarom, son of Enos, shares some words that he has made prophesyings and received revelation but that he doesn't share it here because his fathers already shared messages. He speaks of battles where the Lamanites would attsck but that the Nephites had made much weapons of war. He says the Lamanites are more in number than the Nephites. He invites us to read the other plates to know about the wars. He says 238 years have passed since Lehi left Jerusalem.
