He invites readers to ponder the mercies of God throughout history and to ask God, with real intent, if the Book of Mormon is true, promising that by the power of the Holy Ghost, they can know its truth. Moroni emphasizes the importance of spiritual gifts given by the Spirit, such as faith, healing, and prophecy, and encourages everyone to seek these gifts with faith and belief in Christ. He speaks of the significance of faith, hope, and charity, noting that without these, one cannot be saved in the kingdom of God.
