The book is called Average Is Over by Tyler Cowen.  He’s an economist who nails it. Who should read this book?  If you’re in high school and college – and you want a job – you better read this.  If you are working now, it might wake you up about how to hold onto a job.  If you’re close to being retired, you might want to make sure your relationships with your kids and grandkids are intact.
