Book Review: Vicious

We're starting September off right with a bit of a supernatural book review. Today we are reviewing Vicious by V.E. Schwab. This novel centers around two friends with a thesis proposal that extraordinary humans can be created in extreme situations and how their experiments to discover the truth changed their lives forever.
