Booking Superman Villains

With a new Superman movie hitting the big screens this summer, Mark took some time to explore the relationship between the Last Son of Krypton and professional wrestling. From WWE stars making guest appearances on Smallville, to James Gunn literally drawing inspiration from the squared circle in his costume design, there are more connections between the two worlds than people realize. With that in mind, Mark looks at five Superman villains, including Brainiac and Doomsday, to see if any of the characters could work in the colorful world of pro wrestling. Also on this episode, Eric plays "Cage or Page", trying to identify comic book characters and wrestlers who share common names. Plus, Mark figures out which current WWE superstars would work as Green Lanterns! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
