Change is hard. I read this book because there are areas in my life I'm committed to change, and I need some help. In "Switch", authors Chip and Dan Heath do an excellent job of laying out a solid framework for us to instill change in our lives, while also providing examples and studies of human behavior that helps explain us, to us.
