Books and Authors that Teach How a Born-Again Believer in Jesus Deals with the Desires and Appetites of the Flesh Biblically

I am happy to strongly recommend purchasing the following books to help you deal with your own battle with the flesh. They can be purchased online.  In this episode, I provide excerpts from each of them: The Mortification of Sin: John Owen; The Enemy Within:  Straight Talk About the Power and Defeat of Sin: Kris Lundgaard; Hacking Agag to Pieces (a small but powerful booklet):  John MacArthur; The Lust of the Flesh: Thinking Biblically About Sexual Orientation Attraction and Temptation by Jared Moore. Jared has a number of videos on YouTube. Check out the one that exposes Preston Sprinkle's twisted theology. Also check out Michael Reeves and his YouTube videos on our identity in Christ and the Trinity: they are life-transforming. So are the YouTube videos of my pastor's sermons, Raef Chenery of Chicago's Park Community Church South Loop; simply enter the church's name. Email: [email protected]
