Books and Writing
from Can I Bring My Book · host canibringmybookclub
Can I Bring My Book. The podcast where we, Kat and Amanda, will tangentially discuss books... and so much more. In Episode 3, we chat about our current reads, from Weyward by Emelia Hart to Something is Killing the Children by James Tynion IV, plus a few cozy picks perfect for fall. We also dive into the art of writing as we prep for NaNoWriMo, sharing favorite tools, books on writing, and our routines to get the words flowing. Tune in for all the bookish banter, writing tips, plus some fun surprises! ***** Update 10/29/24: When we recorded this episode of the Can I Bring My Book podcast, we were unaware of the ongoing controversy surrounding NaNoWriMo. We have since done our research and have decided that moving forward, we will not be using the NaNoWriMo platform. Despite distancing ourselves from NaNoWriMo, we still want to challenge ourselves to write novels this month, and encourage you to do the same! Novel writing is an admirable goal and no one should be discouraged from it due to the failings of others. Thank you for your understanding. Happy reading and writing!
