During the Vietnam War T.C. spent five years in Asia as a military cop, from the time he was 18 years old until he was 23. Four of those years were in Taiwan and the other was in Vietnam. Those years were the entry ramp to adulthood.Somehow T.C. survived uncountable bar fights, numerous typhoons, search-and-destroy missions, rocket attacks and loads of drug and alcohol abuse, leading to some wild, crazy times. He found no other account like it, but many Cold War vets lived those times and therefore his book "Made in Taiwan" was written.
