Boomerang Ben Parkinson and his return to head JLL in South Australia

Ben Parkinson is the Managing Director of JLL in South Australia and has over 24 years’  experience in the Australian commercial property market.Ben's experience is rich and diverse; having worked as a specialist Hotel and Leisure Valuer here in Adelaide then establishing a national pub brokerage business in Sydney before leading the Investment Management team at Coles Supermarkets nationally where he over saw a $1.9b retail and development portfolio. Returning back to real estate agency Mr Parkinson sat on the Australian Board of a publicly listed global real estate agency and headed up a national capital markets investment team prior to relocating back to Adelaide in 2020.In his current role he oversees 138 team members in the South Australian business covering Capital Transactions, Leasing, Valuation, Asset Management, Project Management, Tenant Representation and Finance.  In addition to his local responsibilities he sits on the National Executive Committee for JLL Australia and New Zealand.Ben's Podcast recommendation is The Motley Fool
