Boomers to Gen Z: How We Look at Work and Time

The Pesci Brothers sit down the week before Christmas to talk about precious time and how we spend it through a “Generational” lens.  Boomers think spending time at work is important and that Title and Salary mean the most, while Gen Z’s think Mental and Physical health mean more than either salary or title.  Having work and life in balance is expected for most in the workforce today.
