Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune (I.E. State controlled liquor) or to take arms against a sea of troubles. And, by opposing them, we go down the the arduous road of privatization. This is the conundrum, it is not all roses with a free market, there will be growing pains, but there will also be great gains.
