He ends up meeting many people along the way and the book is peppered with stories.We were not able to get the author for this episode, but we talk you through the book, and add our own thoughts and discoveries. We are dedicating this episode to a member of the running community, and one of our loyal listeners, who passed away recently. This episode is dedicated to Michel Bonnell (a.k.a. Mike Runs).
