Echo has been a personal trainer for 9 years and helps people become their best physical (and mental) selves through her holistic-style of training. She has a gym studio in downtown Corvallis as well as an online tribe you can join if you don't live nearby, and recently launched her very own E-Book series to guide you towards a healthy and nourished life.
