Bottom of the 9th - Dan Deegan on Eric Haase's Journey

Eric Haase, a seventh round pick for the Cleveland Indians in 2011, is finally getting a chance to play regularly with his hometown Detroit Tigers. A former Mr. Baseball from Dearborn Divine Child HS, the Westland native has made a big impact after being called up a few weeks ago. He helped the Tigers with a win over the Seattle Mariners by hitting two HRs, then the next night was on the receiving end as the catcher for Spencer Turnbull’s no hitter on May 18.
