Bouchon at the Venetian Las Vegas

In 2004, Chef Thomas Keller brought Bouchon to the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas. Bouchon’s interior  was designed by Adam D. Tihany, who recreated the original Bouchon’s environment…  classic mosaic floor, magnificent pewter bar, antique light fixtures with hand-painted murals. The interior space is as beautiful as the food and service are outstanding.We’ve been many times over the years, and recently Sandi and I dined at Bouchon to celebrate her birthday.
