As a photographer specializing in boudoir photography in New York, I believe that boudoir photoshoots are a unique experience for rediscovering yourself. I don't think there's an ideal age or body type for this kind of session. I've worked with many women in their 20s, 40s, and 50s who want to see themselves as independent, beautiful, strong, and sexy women. Boudoir sessions can mark various occasions, such as before a wedding or pregnancy, celebrating a milestone, giving a gift, or after a divorce; or it can be done for no reason other than wanting to do it.
