Boundaries vs Ultimatums

As I’ve said before, the emotion that is driving an action can make a world of difference. In the life code the action might be the same, Saying, if you do X I will do Y… But if that statement is being fueled by fear… it’s probably being used to control or manipulate the other person into doing what you want. In today's episode, we are looking at the differences and similarities between boundaries and ultimatums.
