Shelly is a mother, grandmother and a dairy farmer, from Slinger, Wisconsin, who has devoted a lifetime of servant leadership to the entire dairy industry. She has worked as the Executive Director of Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin (PDPW) for nearly three decades, raising the bar on dairy business education and leadership development.
