Its plain to see the Saudi Arabia 'trickle down' effect has been influential in reigniting the imagination of boxing fans all over the world.Irish boxing finished the year with two colossal shows in Dublin - where Katie Taylor managed to reinvent herself and even the score with Northampton girl Chantelle Cameron. Both champions, both icons and both inspiring countless young girls and boys not just in Ireland and the UK - but all over the globe in 2 fights which have truly given us EVERYTHING. Barely a week later Matchroom and Conlan Boxing brought us another live show, this time from Belfast featuring Mick Conlan v Jordan Gill as ther main event and an all Belfast battle between Tyrone McKenna and Lewis Crocker.
