Boycotting, Can It Backfire?

Whether it's BOYCOTTING the NFL, DOVE (UNILEVER), or recently in ATLANTA the HOUSTON'S restaurant chain, AFRICAN-AMERICANS are attempting to redirect dollars in order to demand respect and/or action.  Is the idea of BOYCOTTING OVERUSED in the AFRICAN-AMERICAN community, or have we just failed to use BOYCOTTING EFFECTIVELY?  Special guest, JIM CLINGMAN, author of BLACK DOLLARS MATTER drops by to help us evaluate the effectiveness of these different BOYCOTTS to see what lessons can be learned.
