Boycotting is POSSIBLE and EASIER Than You Think!

This episode has been a long time coming! I go a little bit deeper into why I am boycotting and why I think it's important for all of us to remember our POWER as "consumers" but also just HUMANS!!!!!! When we see rights being taken away, discrimination happening, maltreatment - ANYTHING - it is our right to choose who we support and what we invest our time and resources in. Looking back, I could have shared way more companies that I am not supporting anymore, but this episode details the three big ones in my life. I share a little bit about: the emotional journey I experienced boycotting my top 3 sources of spending (for resources, food, clothes, etc) balancing the neurodivergent urge of binary thinking ("I MUST boycott this biz completely!) with the reality of needing to care for our human selves why I stopped shopping at Amazon, Target, and Aldi remembering our POWER in what we CHOOSE to invest our money and energy into If you are on the fence about boycotting...
