BPA Dick

This is an unbelievable story about one guy, who had the unique ability to make dozens of really bad decisions. Things like riding a motorcycle in a thunderstorm, or, how about leaving a big dog, home alone, with fifty pounds of dog food. The food was gone in a day and the dog redecorated the house for the next two weeks. Maybe using a government credit card to pay your bills wouldn't dawn on most of us. He thought it was okay. Had I not been there, I would not have believed so many bad ideas could come from one mind. His real name was not Dick, or Rick, or Richard.
