BPD Commissioner Joe Gramaglia says investigation into shooting of 3-year-old is progressing

A 3-year-old boy was shot and killed Friday night, while his 7-year-old sister was struck and treated at Oishei Children's Hospital. Buffalo Police Commissioner Joe Gramaglia says thanks to community support the investigation is progressing.
