Braces For A Bug: ODO 196

from Odd Dad Out

https://odddadoutpodcast.com/braces-for-a-bug-odo-196 Howdy there Oddballs! I'm gonna try my best this week to try and keep things to just a couple topics. Whether that actually happens is anyone's guess. On that note, we recently had a major trip to the dentist for one of our little monsters, and the outcome is going to get expensive. Also, I've got my more in depth review of "The Box Of Oddities." And in my new "What's Adam Listening to/ Watching" segement, my wife and I just finished binging the Netflix series, "Bridgerton." Recommended Listening The Box of Oddities https://www.theboxofoddities.com/ The Good: Excellent Sound Quality Highly Informative Well Researched Wide Variety of Topics Twice Weekly Releases Bumpers Don’t Get Stale Great Chemistry Authenticity- No Phonies Damn Funny Not Above Self-Deprecation The Bad: Stories Can Get Graphic Ad Breaks Can Get Pretty Long Can Veer Into the Political The Verdict: Four Stars After I was introduced to the Box of Oddities, it quickly became one of my regular “must listen” podcasts. It’s been well established on my own podcast that I love weird stuff, and this show scratches that “weird shit” itch very thoroughly. Of course, no show is perfect. And no show is for everyone. But also, the subject matter variety in The Box of Oddities is suited to only a certain niche of people. I happen to be that kind of person, but I can also see where it could be very off-putting for some people. The listener base for this show is a bit more narrow than most, but if you are at all the kind of person that appreciates the strange and unusual, you absolutely need to open the lid and peer inside “The Box of Oddities.” -SUPPORT THE SHOW- MERCH and Art https://shop.odddadoutpodcast.com (I checked, it works) Leave Me a Voicemail ‪(516) 636-7631‬ (ODO-POD1) Join the Facebook Group Oddballs: Friends of The Odd Dad Out https://www.facebook.com/groups/odddadout Donate on Patreon http://patreon.com/join/odddadout Follow Along on Social at https://www.twitter.com/odddadout/ https://www.facebook.com/odddadout/ https://www.instagram.com/odddadout

Shut Up I Love It Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello Many years ago, Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello met in line for an improv show. They were young, dumb, and full of it. What followed were comedy shows so explicit, “genitalia” was practically a term of endearment.Fast forward 5 dogs, 6 cats, and way too many weird inside jokes later, Sasha and Joe are no longer young or dumb—but they’re still brimming with you-know-what. Here, they’ve teamed up to bring you a podcast where they interview a guest who passionately defends something universally hated, misunderstood, forgotten, overlooked, Mandela-effected, canceled—you name it. The key? They LOVE it. From toupees... to B-movies... to aliens, psychedelics, and the occasional surprise character, Sasha and Joe are here to spread love to the world that birthed them (but maybe should’ve used protection). So come and get that love because no one else will give it to you like we do.Also, don’t forget to check out the Patreon Bonus version of the show:https://www.patreon.com/c/ShutUpILoveItP Explicit The Two Bobs Podcast The Two Bobs The Two Bobs is a comedy podcast about craft beer and weird news! Then leave us a message on our Loyal Listener Line at 530-882-BOBS (2627). Thanks for listening! Explicit Running In Slow Motion with Sidney & Tamra Smith You Hear Good Things podcast network Comedian Sidney Smith and his wife Tamra — a sharp-witted educator with a soft spot for flowers — team up to navigate life, goals, and culture at their own hilarious, at times, in-depth pace. They call it “running in slow motion,” and that pretty much sums up the vibe. This isn’t a marriage podcast (their union ranks a generous 5 out of 10, after all), but it is a refreshingly honest, smart, and funny take on relationships, ambition, and everyday chaos. From real talk to pop culture and unexpected interviews, it’s a joyride of relatable moments and laugh-out-loud observations. Explicit Out of Whack SKO Blue Creative The Out of Whack podcast is known for its engaging conversations, humor, and eclectic range of topics. With its dedicated host Scott Salser-Smith and guest co-host Lisa Pedersen, the show has built a loyal following and continues to entertain and inform listeners. Scott likes to talk about EVERYTHING - from writers and writing to books, parenting, and current events. He also often invites guests to join the conversation, including comedians and experts in various fields. Explicit
