Brad Jenisch-Prospect High School

My guest this month is Brad Jenisch. Coach Jenisch is the strength and conditioning coach at Prospect High School in Mt. Prospect Illinois. On top of being the strength and conditioning coach, he is also an assistant football, wrestling, and track coach. Coach Jenisch was also recently appointed to the NHSSCA Illinois State Advisory Board. We sit down and discuss what it's like having a dual role as both a strength coach as well as a sport coach.
