Brad McLain, Professional Identity of Informal Science Educators

Dr. Brad McLain is a social scientist interested in the nature and psychology of identity development, learning, and leadership.He is the Director of the Center for STEM Learning at the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Senior Researcher and Director of Corporate Research at the National Center for Women in Information Technology,I reached out to Dr. McLain after reading a chapter he wrote about identity construction in informal science educators.In this episode, we discuss identity theory.
