Care.com has been the leader in online care since its creation 18 years ago yet Brad has taken the brand into a new era! With a significant interface redesign, making it broader and more accessible, Care.com is not only serving families with young ones but also the elderly and more. Brad has had a personal experience that made him lean on Care.com more and this in turn has helped him understand the platform better. Everything about Care.com is welcoming, including the logo which looks like the small c being cared for by the big c!
