Wes Moore is pushing his state's Democratic-controlled legislature to move quickly to redraw the state's voting maps. Georgia's GOP governor signed a bill to change election rules applying only to Black-majority Atlanta, and plans a special session to re-gerrymander the state far in advance of the 2028 election in case his party loses power.
