Bradley Tabone is someone that has had a passion for over 15 years – solving business problems though the blended strategy of good change management (the human element) and either building or finding the fit for purpose technology match. Bradley worked within the banking sector for 10 years, on both continuous improvement and business technology transformation, where he then leveraged skills learnt and experience, to co-founder HammerTech. While working at HammerTech in a myriad of position, from product management, customer success, investor relations (leading Series A and other funding rounds) and more recently EVP – North America, where he was responsible for the expansion of HammerTech for the first time overseas.

Bradley enjoys working collaboratively at all levels with the construction industry towards a day where the field is truly connected, and the worker is at the heart of everything. He cherishes relationships and loves to bridge gaps between various entities to create something truly special. Construction and construction technology is a field, in which Bradley believes he will always be passionate, the fun is just beginning.
