Brady Silverwood - Legend - @bradyrunsamerica

Super excited to share this follow up episode with Brady Silverwood. Since we left Brady on the outskirts of the Greater Nashville area Brady managed to complete his mission of running across the United States of America. This is something that has been completed by fewer people than have successfully climbed Mt. Everest. It was really amazing to be able to follow along and see first hand just how he was able to complete this amazing endeavor. The "why" behind him deciding to take this on is even more in line with everything we are about with Spread The Positive. Brady was able to raise awareness and sizeable monetary contributions to 12 incredibly notable causes/non-profits. His story from not being a runner to being involved with the Grand AC run club that has transformed his life forever and eventually running over 3,000 miles is one of the most inspiring stories we have come across. It was really great to hear Brady speak first hand about the bigger picture mission behind why he took on this endeavor and ways he was able to overcome incredibly difficult obstacles and adversity to accomplish this incredible feat!
