My LEFT brain aka Science Brain, Intellectual Brain, Sponge Brain - can have a MAXIMUM of 50% of me ;) ... any more than that and it goes WILD, grabbing all 100% ... which takes me a bit of time to catch it...and by the time I have it = unhappy Krista who RUNS from the world.Oh so fascinating.  It also drastically decreases my ability to Respond vs React.Again, oh so fascinating.How do I reset it?
