Brainstorming unique ways to Polar Plunge in La Crosse with Kat and Renee

This will be the 27th annual Polar Plunge, where the community raises money for Special Olympics Wisconsin and dives into the Black River. Last year, La Crosse raised over $100,000 for the Special Olympics. Kat and Renee talked about the traditional way of running into the water, but they've carved out ways everyone can participate by having the 'toe dip," which is exactly what it sounds like.
