Having the direct knowledge of God always having my back as well as having long, long stretches of time to get used to certain ideas and learning how to reframe what's actually happening and to see it from a higher perspective through meditation, mindfulness as well as getting greater grander insights the through deep personal sweeping changes and spiritual growth. How radical acceptance has pretty much taken over my life and brought me to a very calm state of knowing who I am at the core of my being and understanding that I'm not an earthling.. I'm not a body only ...rather, I am a Divine being living in a matrix pretending I'm a little human being on a little blue and green planet floating through space stuck in the "third dimension". Tonight's Topic: I discuss what Brainwave Optimization is and how it has absolutely opened my mind up to greater possibilities in my world and how it's healed my brain injuries including the healing of many traumas that I've been through. How it's helped my child and how it helped our communication with each other and increased the level of relationship that we have in our lives now. What were the results of it what were the experience is like, and what does a brain wave session feel like, sound like, what happens during this time? I read viewpoints from skeptics that have no direct connection or experience at all with this therapy as well as from a perspective of a therapist who uses this as a precursor to talk therapy and how fixing the body and the Brain can help the emotional body and mental body move on. This is a very interesting therapy and it's relatively new so I tell you pretty much all I can about it in this episode tonight.
