Branching Out: Samm Walker's Path in the World of Natwest Banking Samm Walker started her career as a Protection Adviser at John Charcol in 2019. She later transitioned to the role of Mortgage Manager but left the company in November 2021 in pursuit of new challenges. In November 2022, she returned to John Charcol, realizing her passion for working as a Protection Adviser and was subsequently promoted to her current role as Protection Team Leader.Samm's career began in the financial industry at Natwest Bank in March 2000, initially in telephony. In 2006, she transitioned into mortgages and protection, initially focusing on the sub-prime market and later expanding into right to buy and mainstream lending, always maintaining a whole-of-market approach. Over the years, she specialized in protection as the market expanded with more products and providers. Samm finds great satisfaction in assisting clients with complex cases.
