Several people have told me lately they don’t care about their online career identity. This is what they think... “I should be able to do what I want.” “My life shouldn’t be judged by employers based on what they see on the web.” I say this: brand or be branded. You can either make sure people "hear what they see" in a way that boosts your credibility.
