Brandon Mack and Burney Spann from Kappa Alpha Psi Jacksonville, came by the show to talk about The 7th Annual Healthy Start 5K, welcoming both runners and walkers. The purpose of this charitable event is to raise awareness for the importance of living a healthy, fit and smart lifestyle. Also, a portion of these proceeds from this event will support the American Diabetes Association and the Kappa Alpha Psi Jacksonville Foundation, Inc. Contributions help us support the mission to eventually find a cure as well as help those who suffer on a daily basis. They also talked about their upcoming events for 2019.
