With no evidence of racial discrimination, Oberlin College continued to harm the bakery’s reputation and failed to retract or correct the wrongful statements, leading the jury to conclude that Oberlin College acted with actual malice that warranted punitive damages.   Click Here to Read/Download the Complete Trial Documents     Guest Bio:   Brandon W.
