Brandon Woodward: Managing partner of Woodward, Kelly, Fulton and Kaplan Law Office. Well, sure. My name is Brandon Woodward. I'm the managing partner of a South Florida law firm called Woodward, Kelly, Fulton and Kaplan. Our law firm handles almost exclusively business law matters. Some of my partners handle bankruptcies, but generally on the commercial side of things. My role here is to handle business law. My particular emphasis and what keeps me busy is the mergers and acquisitions side of the practice. Mergers and acquisitions, just being a fancy word or saying buying and selling businesses. We've been, I started my firm by myself in 2011.
