www.GoodMorningGwinnett.com. Mayor Orr was on a business trip in Knoxville, Tennessee in late October. When he returned home he developed a fever of 104 degrees. He went to the hospital where the ER doctors discovered that he had blood clots in his lungs and that’s when they knew he had contracted COVID.
